Damfield Meadows

Damfield Meadow is a unique project to develop 14 detached homes on a secluded canal-side site in Sefton. The design brief required an imaginative response to a unique Conservation Area setting adjacent to the Listed St Andrew’s Church and the Ancient Chapel of Maghull.

Our noble aspirations for this site were to build a verdant refuge incorporating a communal grassland and wildlife habitat- a sanctuary for leisure and learning, not only for locals, but for the whole community. Our design philosophy was respectful, tailored to the distinguishing features of the site, conserving its heritage and ecological worth.

Our focus was on maintaining vistas of local landmarked distinguished sites of historic importance. Given its magnificent attributes, high-end properties are not frequently available in this area. Damfield Meadows is even rarer, a unique chance to own a dwelling of extraordinary excellence and charm, a prospect not to be overlooked.
