The development consisted of 7 new build 4 bed detached dwellings in the vicinity of Crosby’s well-known coastline which presents marvellous vistas of Anthony Gormley’s Iron Men sculptures and the grandeur of Liverpool Bay.

We applied for planning permission to demolish a single dwelling house and build 7 new build houses – this site sits right on the beach front with glorious, un-interrupted view of the Liverpool estuary.
