Stanley Road – 15  bedroom house of multiple occupancy within the Bootle area.

We take pride in collaborating with a Sefton-based charity that shares our aim of offering structure and security to vulnerable, homeless people, assisting them in their transition back into society. It is our privilege to help this cause by sourcing, buying, and developing properties that meet the charity’s and their clients’ criteria and needs, which aligns with our core values. This was the case when we procured a commercial office building in Bootle and received the necessary planning permissions to convert it into a residential property with an additional floor that accommodates 15 long-term residents and a facility for rough sleepers. This achievement was prominently featured in the local Champion Newspaper, and Peter Dowd (MP) formally inaugurated the site.
